When installing your rainwater tank into an existing home, I.e. Not BASIX, we offer a 6 month guarantee period on workmanship. If after this time, you require assistance, we can organise for a member of our qualifed team to come out to your home to assist you. (Minimum call out fee applies)

We offer a FULL fix or replace guarantee on our rainwater tanks, provided they are used & installed correctly. There are certain things that will ensure a longer life to your rainwater tank, and will ensure your warranty stays valid, these include:

• When your rainwater tank is installed by our licenced team, thats the best foundation.
• If you choose to install yourself, your rainwater tank must be on a level ground of either concrete, soil or gravel.
• Our Rainwater Tanks are not designed to be raised on a stand, this can void your warranty.
• Although our rainwater tanks are built to last, purposely trying to damage your rainwater tank will void your warranty.
